What exercise that help my big leg turn to skinny leg ? I think my legs has more fat and muscle.. I want to maintain my muscle while remove fat legs..

i think if you have muscle on legs, you are doing some sports or some workout that tone them..so continue to do it and don't eat a lot of fats! Useful exercises anyway are barefoot calf raises (50 everyday), squats (50), leg lift and lunges (30+30) and wall sits;) good luck:D
