You can. Squats, deadlifts and leg presses will put meat on your legs. Keep the volume high, lots of sets lots of reps. I don't deadlift, as it thickens the waistline. I want that V shape. But for women, it does wonders for the legs and bum. Training doesn't mean much. It's all diet. 90% diet. After I train, I eat a bowl of brown rice. The carbs pool water into the trained muscles and your legs will look spectacular. Eat steak. It's got everything you need. Fattier the better.
