Braces off tomorrow: what is the process, how long is it and will it be painful?

My braces are coming off tomorrow and I would like to know the process. My main question is, will I be able to eat hard-ish foods (chicken, rice, salad..etc) the day after? It`s a ...show more

Yes, you an eat anything you want. But it feels weird and unpleasant when they grind the glue off if the brackwt doesnt come off cleanly.

I don't think that they will hurt. They will feel wiggly and loose but not sore. Everyone is different in this way though. Good luck and I think you will be fine ;)
