  The whitening strips work. For some people more...for some less. Teeth have an yellowish tint that is totally normal. If you want to use the whitening strips, it's totally fine, but make sure you're not damaging your teeth. Don't use them very often. Maybe once every 2 weeks will be good. Otherwise, the enamel will be destroyed, and your teeth will be very sensitive, and prone to cavities etc... Obviously, don't think your teeth will look super super white after 1 time of using them. They will be slightly whiter. Use an whitening toothpaste, those from Crest work pretty good, to keep the white color. Don't drink coffee.. sodas, and also don't smoke. These can make your teeth even yellower, let's not talk about the damages that they can do. Hope this helps
