You may be getting Gingivitis, see my link. Try using original Listerine mouth wash twice a day, don’t gargle it but slosh it around in your mouth for about two or three minutes and then spit it out.

Browning of the teeth is sometimes caused by a condition known as dental fluorosis, where ingestion of high levels of fluoride (found in toothpastes, some salt and milk as a supplement, and water) can lead to staining. It might be worthwhile finding out the levels of fluoride in the water locally, and discussing this possibility with your dentist. I hope I helped!
