Hey bro, what's your console version? the r4i dual-core card should can work on 3DS 7.1.0-16 latest version by using the newest firmware 3.3b, i download from here: http://www.oz3ds.com/product.php?id_product=209 have you updated successfully? or you have updated successfully but didnot work? You can try to download from the two sites: r4isdhc.com and r4isdhc.hk, change one SD card and use different game files, if it still can't work, just back the store to exchange one or get refund.
