How to cook a Roast pig?

I have a boneless beef chuck roast i wanna cook but want to make something other than roast.?

  • im out of potatoes and wanna try something with the beef chuck roast other than a basic roast with potatoes and carrots , prefer an oven recipe that can cook within 3-4 hours.

While stirring, add the beans, tomato sauce, tomatoes, corn and chili seasoning; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Make Flemish beef. Cut up or slice lots of onions. Also cut a few pieces of bacon into 1" chunks. Pour a couple bottles of beer or stout over the beef, onions and bacon. Braise in oven for 3-4 hours depending upon size of roast, until tender. I also like to add some thyme and parsley. Serve with noodles or rice, using the onions and beer sauce as gravy.

slow cook it to where you can slice it cross grain to shredded beef and add BBQ sauce to some of it. put it on sandwiches for BBQ sandwiches

Beef Burgundy. Do a slow cook Beef Stroganoff on low. Roast it and slice into strips for wraps. Make a bernaise or aioli to put on top of the roast Make a beef curry on slow in the oven. Cook it up for meat on your sandwiches.
