Sorry should have been more exact on last post, I heard putting veggies, fruit in cold water and letting it sit for an hour in the fridge can make the water a natural good tasting ...show more

Really? To take advantage of the vitamins in fruits and veggies, juice them. Running fresh foods through a juicer removes the pulp, but leaves all the nutritious goodness for you to drink. Be sure to include raw beets and apples. Beet juice is the best. Also ginger as a diuretic. My juicer is a Breville Juice Fountain and it works great.
