What type of schedule works best for a biller/coder in a day to try and get everything done on time?

I don't think anyone can answer your question with such scant information. Are you working from home? Do you have children and a home to care for? Do you have another job? etc. etc. When I worked from home the best time for me to get work was done was between 4:00 AM - 7:00 AM or after 11:00 PM. In addition as CMC has said you posted your question to the "Food & Drink" category and your question had nothing to do with either. You do not have to put your question in the category Yahoo Answers picks and your question should have been posted in the "Business & Finance" category.
