  Geography is an interesting field, but not all colleges have it, so you may not be able to get a bachelor's in it without specifically searching for colleges that offer it. If you can't get the a-level, you'd need a master's. That would entitle you to teaching geography at either high school or college, but if it was high school, you'd be hired on in "social science" and probably be expected to teach history as well. Since not all colleges have a geography major, there aren't as many jobs teaching geography in college as there would be in another field. You're very likely to find that geography, in college, is not exactly what you anticipated it to be (there's a lot of computer science in it these days, and a big focus on GPS, computers, and that kind of thing). You haven't been to college yet, so there are a lot of majors (Global Studies, Anthropology, International Relations come to mind) that emphasize geography and may have wider career pathways attached to them. You'll decide when you get there!
