You can't become a resident immediately - it takes a year at minimum. If you're under 24, you will not be considered a resident unless your parents are living in Florida.

if u attend state schools of any form B4 the residency is established - driver licence, insurance, registration, 6 month of working, 12 months of living costs, voter reg. - u get to pay out of state tuition the full years of your degree. smarter less costly move is attend your own state community college 1st 2-3 yrs then attend local state college for nursing. they all the same after u get licensed. employers do not hire / pay based on where u went.
