What do you like about Singapore's taxes?

What if only one of my parents files for taxes? FAFSA! Please Help!?

  • Only one of my parents files for taxes, one is a stay at home parent. What do I put in the financial information part of parent 2? Please help. I'm stuck on this section.

  • Answer:

How is parent #2 able to live? Does parent #1 support parent #2? Commonly, married parents file a joint tax return, or the working parent claims the second parent as a dependent. Either way, both parents would be covered by the same tax return.

Other answers

You should be importing the income tax from the IRS files. That imports all the information as it is on their tax return. If you don't import directly from the IRS, the school will require you to come up with hard copies anyway.
