The first is asking which family members you have who are in college, but you are not allowed to include your parents who are in college. So if your mother is enrolled in nursing school you can't put that, but if your sister is enrolled in nursing school then you can. The second is asking if you will be at least a part-time student. Think of if the same as if you were being asked, "Do you have a full-time job or a part-time job?" It's the same concept. If you will officially be a part-time or a full-time student then you say yes.
