Answer:
If you do not pay your student loan and move to another province, you will not be eligible for the Canada Student Loan portion of any student loans. CSL will put you in collections. Your wages can be garnisheed and/or your tax rebates seized. In many provinces if you are not eligible for federal loans you are not eligible for provincial loans either.
