What are some of the cheapest, community colleges, colleges or universities in south florida for an international student?

    The cheapest schools are community colleges. But you can only do your first two years at a community college. You must go to a 4 year school for a BA and a university for a masters. Unless she is rich it would be cost prohibitive. It would cost her at least $30,000 a year and it is almost impossible to get financial aid except at the private schools. The private schools are generally the most expensive to begin with.
