    I think your chances are currently slim. Here are the average scores of students admitted to Michigan: GPA - 3.8, SAT - 2120, ACT - 31. Michigan only admits about 1/3 of the applicants. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t apply, if it is your dream school. Just understand it is a long shot and you should apply at other, less selective schools too. The admissions officer should notice that your grades have improved since freshman year, which will help you, as will an improved ACT score (if you take it again in early fall) and AP scores of a 4 or 5 on your AP tests.
