  On a spare sheet of paper, I suggest you write a list of the various musical activities you've done over the years. Now put a year (or exact date if you know it) next to each one. Consider putting them into separate genres (classical, opera, jazz, folk, rock, pop, etc) if that's appropriate. Create a separate list for each genre, and sort each list into date order, earliest first and the most recent last. Now, using first person, put each list into English sentences. Your future college tutors will be more interested in your musical experience rather than your skill at written English, so don't as long as it's coherent and has NO spelling errors it'll be fine.
