My tv has one hdmi port and i need atleast 2 or 3 for my PC and consoles, and i was wondering how would it work if i plug all of my hdmi cables into the splitter, and i want to switch ...show more

Hi HDMI connects high definition to the screen so it really is not a computer type analogue signal it would need a HDMI source to work, some computers like apple mac book have such a connector. the HDMI is meant to be used for 1080p high definition type signals so a splitter box could be used but switching needs to be done when power is removed from a device before power is applied as this can damage the digital output chip.
