I think that working conditions in the factories should be based NOT on where the factory is located, but based on standards in the countries where the major markets for the products are, i.e. where they are sold. Nike, Apple and other manufacturers make billions selling overpriced sh*t in the US and other developed countries (stealing jobs from those countries) and then pay pennies to factory workers in underdeveloped countries. If the majority of the their products are sold in the US, then they should have to provide working conditions similar to US factories, no matter where the stuff is made. That applies to sub-contracting companies who supply those products to those companies too.
