How much does it cost to rent a booth in a Mall?

If I rent a space at a mall and decide to rent a booth at a trade show outside of this mall, do I have to report it to my store at the mall?

If the trade show is on the mall property it would be yes. But if it is completely unrelated to the mall then no, you would not.

Typically no, but every lease is different so you need to read yours closely. But in most cases, they are only going to require the payment based on revenues generated by retail traffic at that location and not any revenue derived from other locations. You need to account for it very carefully so if they do decide to audit (which the lease probably gives them the right to do) there won't be a problem.
