How do I build a worm farm?

Would i be allow by the city to build an extra house in a farm?

You normally will NOT be able to do that. Your farmer neighbors will not allow a complete change in land use. In five years, you will be likely be complaining bout the stench of farm animals and how you are affected - even though it was like that long before you moved in. Just like people that buy homes near airports complain about the airplanes flying around at night, over their bedrooms. Use your money to investigate and secure a conditional use permit. Then prepare to fight your new neighbors.
