Brake lights not working with headlights on?

Tail lights and parking lights both the front and back ones not working but my brake lights, headlights, reverse lights, turn signals work?

  I'm assuming you spliced wires together instead of just using a wiring harness that plugs up between your factory harness and the new radio.Its obvious that you have a short somewhere due to the blown fuses.I would remove the radio and start tracing wires that you tapped into and see if one leads towards the parking light switch or the back of the fuse panel,directly behind the parking light fuse slot.The dome light is probably on the same circuit that the parking lights are on.A parking light wire may have got chaffed when splicing the radio wires causing it to ground out when touching metal.Next,You might have tapped into the parking light circuit when you connected the radios power and memory wire,but the addition of the radio added to the circuit might have put too much of a load on it causing the fuse to blow.The clock and lights on a radio are sometimes on 1 fuse and radio power is on a seperate fuse.My Mustang radio is fused this way.Its shorted somewhere or overloaded
