Where is the position sensor located at on a h23 engine if its not located by the timing belt?

    The crankshaft position sensor has to be located next to the harmonic balancer.The camshaft position sensor is located beside the camshaft sprocket.You have to remove the timing belt cover in order to see them.You can also just locate the wiring harness that attaches to either sensor and follow the wires until it leads you directly to the sensor.The wiring harness might be faulty instead of the sensor itself so check it before replacing the sensor.
