  • Answer:

Artists and engineers: - Leonardo Da Vinci - Michelangelo Buonarroti - Raffaello Sanzio Poets: - Ludovico Ariosto - Torquato Tasso Philosophers: - Niccolò Machiavelli - Giordano Bruno I don't know what is the Northern Renaissance. Perhaps the one of Central and Northern Europe (France, Germany, Netherlands, England). It came after Italian Renaissance. The spirit of Renaissance was a rediscovery of classical (i.e. Greek and Roman) art and thought, and the focus on human things, in opposition to divine things, that were the focus for all the Middle ages. P.S. Dante Alighieri (Dante, for short) does not belong to Renaissance. He was a medieval poet.
