What do colleges coaches look for in a good highlight tape?
-
I am going to make a highlight tape and was wondering what college coaches look at. How long? Does every play have to be a good play? Things like that. I play football.
-
Answer:
Your highlight tape should be about 5-9 minutes long, and should mostly consist of your best plays. However, college coaches will not really make a big deal about your highlight tape. Keep in mind, your chances of playing college football depend on your performance in football during your senior year of high school, NOT your highlight tape. If you perform very well in football during your senior year of high school, you will greatly improve your chances of getting recruited to play for a college football program.
