How do I increase baseball throwing speed like distance and damage?

We all would like to throw the ball 90 -100 mph. But it is more important to throw strikes than to break speed records. This year we will watch two pitchers inducted into the baseball hall of fame. Neither one threw a pitch in the upper 90's. And neither one ever lead the league in strike outs (a sign of power pitcher). In their combined 45 years they won 6 Cy Young awards. So my advice to you and to all pitchers throw strikes. If you want to do damage throw stones at windows.

If it's pitching you're referring to, doctor the ball up. Players and umps are, for the most part, dense and ignorant about it-- because they think pitchers are too dense and ignorant to think of doing it, and getting away with it. The season'll be half over and they STILL won't have a clue.

Increasing your speed is a goal - but you don't mention your accuracy...or is that where the damage comes in?

Weight is one way. also your windup matters to. if you are closer to home when you release the ball its going to be faster. side note- you don't have to use weights but stronger arm will defiantly help speed
