How to write a resume with little work experience?

If I was you, I would select a template from Microsoft Word. I would move the "experience" section to the top, under objective, since you have showed that you can commit to a job and work there for several years. This is a big plus since I don't think most college graduates spend that much time at their first job. I would list your title and your basic job responsibilities under that. Then I would have a "skills" section where you should put any/all of your skills that you have whether you obtained them (or used them) from your prior job or from somewhere else. Keep in mind you should list the skills that an employer would want to see. Commitment to your job, being focused, training staff, multi-tasking, people-skills, organizational skills, and being a self-motivator are great things to put into the subtitles or explanations here. I'm honestly not sure where in the resume you should list your education, since it will explain the type of job you had while you were in school. If you are looking to move up, list your time in school on the page before your work experience. If you are still going to school, list it after your work experience since you want employers to see your dedication to your work, before they see that you still have other obligations that are more important. You sound young. People don't expect students to have a lot of work experience. Just put down what you have.
