    I would recommend Tea Tree Oil which has great antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties. First you will need to clean the area and pat dry until there is no dampness . Then all you do is use a q-tip or cotton ball to apply the tea tree to the skin tag. Gently massage the q-tip\cotton ball on the skin tag. Apply the treatment 2-3 times daily until the skin tag falls off (which should be within 2-4 weeks) Hope this helps!
