The color depends on how high the moon is in the sky and atmospheric composition. The lower the moon is, the redder it would appear, because light needs to travel longer through the atmosphere and red wavelength is scattered more. Other colors could be explained because of pollution. Light traveling thought different gases might appear in different color. So depending on atmospheric pollution around your area, and what time of night it is, moon can appear in different colors.

Probably not the moon itself. I'm NOT an expert on the topic but I am pretty sure that the moon reflects colors at different times, depending or what time of day or night you see it.
