What steps do I need to take to become a psychologist?

A surgeon is a medical doctor. You would need GCSE English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.Along with A Level Chemistry and Biology along with two other academic subjects. You need As and A*s to study medicine at university. Medicine is very competitive. Psychologist: There are no required GCSE or A Level subjects for Psychology. Good A Level options are Psychology and Biology.The other options are up to you.After that you would go to university to pursue a Bachelors in Psychology followed by a Masters or doctorate depending on your intended specialty.
