Well, I'm not sure anyone can change the age of the students in your class. You won't learn well in that setting, anyway. Teaching a large group of students playing four different instruments at the same time is challenging enough. Teaching them when they are all different ages and expecting to approach each student on his or her level is downright impossible. You need private lessons.
