I do a ton of interviews as an editor for a newspaper. I usually try to avoid questions that involve who is your favorite ______. Realistically, it all comes done to what point you are trying to get across. If you're trying to say that people are creative and fun or if you're doing it for entertainment purposes, it all changes the type of question you would ask. Depending on your situation I would ask: "What is your favorite memory of this school?" "If you could change anything about the school, what would it be and why?" "What time do you think school should start and why?" "What three adjectives would describe the school as a whole?" "What do you think about while you day-dream in class?" "What is your favorite homecoming theme?" "If you could have a dance party for any occasion, what occasion would it be for?" <ex: Football win, It is 2pm in the afternoon, St.Patrick's Day, etc.> "If you could have any superpower what would it be?" "If you could choose one subject to instantly learn without having to go to class, what would it be?"
