    There are no grants for profit businesses at all. You being on welfare is your assistance. I am surprised you thought tax payers were footing the bill to run small business, but, no that is not the case. Businesses give money to the government, not the other way around. You can get a small business loan, just like everyone else.

No, there are no grants. There are business loans if you can write a business plan, prove to the lender there is a viable market for such things and come up with 25% of the initial cost in cash. As for the photo booth, most folks who have a wedding use a photographer or a photography editing service - why would they need a photo booth. Also, most rental venues come with the tables, chairs, etc. Unless you know how to plan a wedding and have experience, your value added is as the DJ.
