  Singers are always the hardest to find. Someone either plays guitar/drums or they don't... but lots of people can potentially sing. The people who call themselves "singers" will be great at singing, but they're usually more of a pop idol type style of singing... Really great singers aren't always the best, but they have interesting voices. Sorry, I'm ranting a bit... Maybe take a closer look and try to convince someone that you know to give it a try if you or your mate definitely don't want to sing. Other than that, classifieds in the newspaper, gumtree, any street press magazines, craigslist (?) it's all I can really think of.
