I know something that will help you immediately. Read all of Yahoo questions and answers that you can until you get tired doing it. Keep a dictionary near you for only some of the words that you do not know. Tip: continue and keep going because the words you do not know do get repeated. You will see this as you keep reading and the meanings sometimes come clear to us in this way. This is an excellent way to build your vocabulary and give you the expressions that people use now. To learn your grammar I do not have a specific piece of advice for you but I am sure someone who knows will write in and that should help you. However I do suggest that you get going on the reading on answers. It also gives you an idea of the words used in different areas of knowledge. All the best. Learning language can be tiresome but keep trying.
