How do you change administrator rights?

My administrator rights were changed to standard and i can't change it back to administrator because of UAC?

Every computer has at least one Administrator account so if you are using Standard it means there is another administrative account should be available. Once you are log in with standard user just simply log off your computer not shut down nor restart just log off( there is option for log off in restart). You can simply log in with administrative account change all settings. If there is password on admin account so you have to use commander software for breaking password.
