How to solve an indefinite integral in java?

How do I solve the java.lang.IllegalStateException: The bundle is uninstalled error in JIRA?

• java.lang.IllegalStateException: The bundle is uninstalled.   at org.apache.felix.framework.Felix.getBundleResource(Felix.java:1414)   at org.apache.felix.framework.BundleImpl.getResource(BundleImpl.java:598)   at com.atlassian.plugin.osgi.util.BundleClassLoaderAccessor$BundleClassLoader.findResource(BundleClassLoaderAccessor.java:104)   at java.lang.ClassLoader.getResource(ClassLoader.java:1002)   at org.apache.commons.discovery.jdk.JDK12Hooks.getResources(JDK12Hooks.java:149) I can see my plugin in manage add-ons section..then bundle is uninstalled means what? my plugin is there but functionality is not working.i referred https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/%27java.lang.IllegalStateException%3A+Bundle+is+uninstalled%27+Error+Due+to+Incompatible+Add-on  link.i have tried disabling/deleting my plugin from web interface,in my local drive.there were some 20 versions of my jar which i deleted.and then i did atlas-package and uploaded the plugin jar but coming to functionality part ..i get exception bundle is uninstalled. when i do atlas-run ..my plugin behaves fine but as i do src changes ...build it ...do FastDev ..the functionality goes for a toss.
