What can I do with a Soft-modded Wii?

Other people's PAL Wii games play fine on their softmodded NTSC Wii. Why can't mine?

    It's not the Wii, it's your setup... On the loader there are video patches to Force NTSC, 480p or something to that effect. (there is a global setting and then GX, CFG, and WiiFlow have settings for individual games) Also, do the other people use component cables while you only run composite? HD cables will have better results... Finally, some TVs are multi-system TVs http://www.world-import.com/tv.htm . They can play the PAL format natively while most TVs in the Americas can only play NTSC. I had a Phillips that could play PAL games w/o changing any loader settings but my Samsung won't do it w/o changing settings in loader.
