Can you get laid off while on medical leave?

Laid off, employer provided house to live in as part of pay. he wants me out, would he have to get an eviction notice if we didn't leave?

Now that said pick up the phone call the lawyers bar association and ask for a referral for a tenant landlord dispute.. pro bono if you can not afford it.
