  Mmmm... i agree with bringing people together in a sense, it can help with team building in a way in games where working together helps, such as battlefield and day z, but it also keeps people indoors away from physical activities and actual social interactions. I dont see any health benefits of video games, as it is hard on your eyes, keeps you away from physical activities as i mentioned, and generally gamers are eating snack foods and drinking pop and not as much well balanced meals so their health diminishes over time. Dont get me wrong, i love video games and play often, but i also work in a job that keeps me fit and social and i watch what i eat, but that appears not to be the norm amongst gamers.
