Who is a medical clerk?

If a clerk sells alcohol to a minor who presented a real ID that was someone else's, can the clerk be charged with anything?

    Yes Fake Id or stolen Id , it does not matter. The vendor is held responsible for selling to a minor, no excuses. To set up the law otherwise would simply allow every vendor to deny responsibility for actually checking an ID is valid. All authorities are required to do is prove the sale happened, they're not forced to prove a lack of diligence.

If reasonable care the store might be off of the hook. People do change their hair cut , color, lose or gain weight . If the difference is very obvious , then no.
