  First of all, clean out your bag. Get rid of everything you are not using and make sure to do that often to reduce clutter. Then, organize your stuff by how often you use it. If you use your glasses and pencil case frequently, put them in an easy to access part of your bag. For the other stuff, I would group them together. Consider getting a folder to keep loose papers in check. Then maybe you could put, for example, snacks with your water bottle, and your wallet with your keys. Hope this helps!
