How much time does it usually take to fall asleep?

Usually it takes less than 30 minutes, probably about 10 to 20 minutes. If it takes you 2 hours you have a sleeping problem. Usually 7 minutes. less if you're tired. You may have a sleeping problem if it regularly takes that long. But if you were drinking coffee or something, or using an electronic, it makes you stay up longer before falling asleep.
