    They are usually the same thing. "Granulated" simply means it is in a fine tiny grain form as oppose to powder, cube, or liquid. Most refined sugar are made from sugar canes.

Cane sugar can be granulated (usual case) or powdered. It can be brown, raw, cubed, etc. So "cane sugar" simply means that it was made from sugarcane (as opposed to something else). I suspect you have granulated. Does it look granulated? If so, use the amount in the recipe. If you have powdered sugar (it's silky, soft and like talcum powder), use 3/4 of the amount but don't expect the bread to turn out as it was intended. It would still taste good but have a very different texture (it may be quite a bit more like a cake or soft cookie).
