How to Check Ink Levels For an Epson Printer
-
-
Answer:
Epson makes a popular line of printers for both home and professional use. After several uses of a printer, it's beneficial to periodically check the ink levels so you know when the cartridges will run out. When you're aware of low ink levels, you can purchase new cartridges to ensure that you have replacements when your current cartridges eventually run dry. Epson printers allow you to check levels without looking at the actual cartridges. Difficulty: Easy Instructions Open a word processor or any other program that allows you to print documents. Click the File menu of the program and click "Print" or “Page Setup.” Click the StatusMonitor icon. The icon is an image of a printer cartridge with three different colors. Click the image of each ink cartridge to see the level of ink it has. Click "OK" to close the window once you are finished.
