  Honestly, it's middle school. It doesn't matter. But I guess it's a good thing that you want to build good habits early. Okay. I'm like you. I hate homework. 7th grade is easy. High school/college is where it gets hard. Anyway, you really won't get much homework. Every class is easy. But still, the most important thing I can tell you to do is DO NOT PROCRASTINATE. If you begin procrastinating in high school, you will probably want to kill yourself. I have stayed up all night at least ten times this year just because I procrastinated. When you come home from school, eat your food or whatever and start your work. Don't stop until you finish. Then, once you finish, you can go on YouTube and do whatever you want. Hope this helps.
