Why does my email delete button does not work?

My yahoo email button for SEND in email is DEAD. It doesn't want to work. Have tried EVERYTHING! AAAGH! Help..?

Even in my ebay, when I try to open a listing, my account, etc, it jumps to a yahoo search page! It has never done this before. Any ideas?
