What are the best CPC ad networks?

Is there any online ad networks with better pay rates?

  • I think most of you know why Adsense is not the best ad network actually. My problem is, which ad network is good if I don't want to use Adsense? My traffic basically from US, and Asia countries eg China and Taiwan. Therefore, I want to a ad network support traffic from Non-US countries as well. I love CPM and CPC models instead of CPA. Some of my sites are new, so I need so ad networks with low traffic requirements. I tried QADABRA,Cpmleader, but the pay rate is quite low, esp for Asia countries. Clicker sucks because of spam ads. Epom, Edomz are polyps which are disturbing my visitors. Do you have any recommendations which can fulfill these requirements?
