At first, rabbits are very skiddish and you need to let her just run around a small are of your home and explore. DOn't pet her or anything, let her come to you. It can cause anxiety in a rabbit if they are handled too much in the beginning. Give her a good safe place like a box in her cage, or a little hut that you can find at any pet store. For now, feed her a mixture of pellets, and alfalfa. You can give her some carrots, lettuce, anything like that, but not too much. Rabbits also love things like watermelon or strawberries. Always put your rabbit up for the night. House training should begin immediately. Whenever you catch your rabbit using, simply shoo them away from the area, and immediately clean it up. Make sure the smell is completely out of the carpet or other flooring. I also spray perfume or polish over it so the rabbit would smell the odor and not want to go back to that area. This will soon encourage them to use the cage because they smell their scent all over it.
