    1. Where are you now? 2. In the US, you will need to start off with BSN (four year). I believe diploma in nursing is the ADN level (am I correct?) 3. Then you need a few years experience, again this is based on US, then you apply for the NP (MSN) program (not just MSN program, you must go to the NP program, which will give you a master's degree in nursing). 4. You will need a working visa at whatever country you want to work. If you want to move to the US, know that it's almost impossible to easily get one, and it will take years to get one (if possible at all). In UK, they must need you badly enough to "import" such a job - is NP on that list? Best wishes
